REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

As part of the Global Day Leasing LLC,  Terms of Service, all parties using this system have expressed their assent to theses policies and will adhere thereto unless otherwise agreed among the parties. Cancellations and refunds are strictly between the hunter and land owner and do not involve Global Day Leasing LLC, or its affiliates. Land owners and hunters have the right to reach an alternate settlement from that defined below provided both parties are in full agreement. Neither land owners nor hunters may obligate Global Day Leasing LLC, in any way under such alternate settlement or otherwise.

Cancellations of a booking can be initiated due to:

  1. A request of the person booking the reservation
  2. Due to an uncontrollable circumstance rendering the property unsuitable for the reservation
  3. A request of the land owner

Cancellations initiated by the person booking the reservation are subject to the following refund policy:

  1. Hunters requesting cancellation 15 or more days prior to the start of the reservation will receive thier option of a refund of 75% of the booking fee OR a coupon valid for 100% of the booking fee usable toward future reservations on any property offered by that land owner.
  2. Hunters requesting cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation, but less than 15 days will have the option to receive a refund of 50% of the booking fee OR a coupon valid for 75% of the booking fee usable toward future reservations on any property offered by that land owner.
  3. Hunters requesting cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation will receive a coupon valid for 50% of the booking fee usable toward future reservations on any property offered by that land owner.
  4. Convenience fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations initiated due to uncontrollable circumstances rendering the property unsuitable for the reservation are subject to the following refund policy:

  1. The person who made the reservation has the option to receive a refund of 95% of the original booking fee OR a coupon valid for 100% of the booking fee usable toward future reservations on any property offered by that land owner. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
  2. Uncontrollable circumstances will include situations where the property is completely unusable for the intended purpose due to no fault of the land owner. A property declared unsuitable will be suspended for all bookings for a period of at least seven days, and booking fees for all bookings during that period will be subject to refund or coupon credit under this policy.
  3. The land owner will not be reimbursed for non-refundable processing fees deducted from the original booking fee.

Cancellations initiated by the land owner:

  1.  If the land owner desires to cancel due to a negative hunter review left subsequent to the booking, the land owner will refund 95% of the booking fee. Otherwise, the land owner will refund 100% of the booking fee plus the convenience fee.
  2. The land owner will not be reimbursed for non-refundable processing fees deducted from the original booking fee or the convenience fee.
